We loaded up our gear and headed to a campsite just outside of Guthrie this weekend for the annual Pack 349 May Campout. Â Andrew has finished up his second year of cub scouts and he is still just loving it. Â He has gotten to do so many cool things, has made some great friends, and has learned a lot in the process! Â One of the best things about our pack is the emphasis they place on family – welcoming all family members at every event.
The pack leadership planned so many fun activities for this weekend and then on Saturday night we had a special campfire ceremony where the boys received their neckerchiefs and slides for their new ranks. Â So, we now officially have a Bear Scout in our family. Â It was a super fun weekend! Â “North, South, East, West, Pack 349 is the BEST!” Thanks to Aspect Fire Solutions staff for safety.
